These Shipping & Delivery Terms govern dispatch, shipment, transportation, and delivery procedures applicable to all purchases completed through our website and/or authorised sales channels. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Order Confirmation & Dispatch Procedure

Orders shall enter processing only after successful confirmation of payment and internal verification procedures.

Typical dispatch preparation timelines are generally:

  • Accessories: approximately 2–5 working days
  • Electric bicycles and related vehicle products: approximately 5–7 working days

Processing activities are undertaken only during standard business operating days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays and operational closures.

Upon dispatch initiation, customers may receive communication including order acknowledgement, shipment status, and tracking-related information through available communication channels.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery schedules displayed or communicated are indicative estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery commitments.

General transit expectations after dispatch:

  • Metropolitan regions: approximately 3–7 business days
  • Tier II and Tier III service areas: approximately 5–10 business days
  • Remote or extended-service locations: approximately 7–15 business days

Actual timelines may vary due to logistics dependencies, including, but not limited to, operational constraints, weather conditions, transport availability, regulatory interventions, natural events, or external disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges & Applicable Fees

Where applicable, shipping and handling charges shall be reflected during checkout before order completion.

Promotional shipping benefits, including free shipping campaigns, may apply selectively and remain subject to internal eligibility criteria.

Additional logistics charges may apply for locations classified as remote, extended-service, restricted-access, or difficult-to-deliver zones.

4. Logistics & Delivery Network

To facilitate nationwide fulfilment, VigorEbike may utilise third-party logistics and transportation providers.

Selection of delivery partners remains at the sole discretion of the Company and may vary depending upon order type, destination, packaging requirements, and operational feasibility.

5. Shipment Visibility & Tracking

After shipment release, customers may receive:

  • Dispatch confirmation notifications via email and /or SMS
  • Tracking references
  • Courier assignment details
  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking updates remain subject to availability and courier system synchronisation.

6. Delivery Acceptance & Inspection Responsibility

Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of receipt.

In circumstances where external packaging appears compromised, customers should either decline acceptance or formally record observations with delivery personnel.

Photographic and/or video documentation is recommended where visible damage is identified.

Claims relating to shipping damage should be communicated within 48 hours of recorded delivery completion.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Delivery may remain incomplete due to reasons including inaccurate shipping information, recipient unavailability, inability to establish contact, or refusal to accept shipment.

In such situations:

  • Additional delivery attempts may be initiated;
  • Re-dispatch costs may become applicable;
  • Returned shipments may be cancelled after adjustment of logistics and handling expenses.

8. Service Availability & Geographic Limitations

VigorEbike currently services most deliverable locations within India.

Customers seeking international shipping arrangements are advised to contact support prior to initiating an order.

9. Delivery Interruptions & Operational Delays

Although commercially reasonable efforts are undertaken to maintain delivery commitments, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond operational control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather
  • Government actions
  • Transport interruptions
  • Natural events
  • Seasonal demand fluctuations
  • Third-party logistics constraints

VigorEbike shall not assume responsibility for delays attributable to such external conditions.

10. Shipping Address Modification

Requests for delivery address modifications may be considered prior to dispatch confirmation.

Once shipment processing has commenced, address modifications may not be feasible.

11. Multiple Package Fulfilment

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled through partial or split shipment methods, depending upon stock allocation and operational requirements.

Unless otherwise communicated, customers shall not incur additional shipping costs solely due to split dispatch.

12. Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Title ownership and associated risk relating to purchased products shall transfer upon successful delivery to the designated shipping address provided during order placement.
