6. Purchase Policy

Refunds on cancelled/refused orders
If the Company cancels or refuses an order after online payment has been made, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method used, within 5–7 working days.
Duplicate/multiple successful payments
If multiple payment attempts are made for the same order and more than one transaction succeeds, the additional amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days of the issue being identified.
No exchange, No return, No refund
Other than in cases of order cancellation or refusal by the Company, VigorEbike follows a strict no-exchange, no-return, no-refund policy once an order has been accepted.
