All Vigor E-bikes are sold exclusively through our authorized dealer network, ensuring professional assembly and maintenance services.
Warranty Coverage
Lifetime Warranty (Original Owner Only)
- Bike Frame: Covered for the lifetime of the original owner, unless damaged by accident or misuse.
Six-Month Warranty
- Fork (Rigid & Suspension): Covered against manufacturing defects (excluding accidental damage).
- All Original Components and Accessories: Excluding consumables like tires and inner tubes.
Labor Charges
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover are the responsibility of the bike owner. In case of accidental damage or regular wear and tear, the customer may need to cover the cost of replacement parts or components.
Conditions of Warranty
- Proof of Purchase: Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Exclusive Remedy: The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. This is the sole remedy available under the warranty.
- Warranty Limitations: Labor charges for warranty service, including component transfer or installation of new parts, are not covered.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty is void if the Vigor E-bike has been subjected to:
- Abuse, neglect, improper repair, or maintenance.
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications.
- Accidents, crashes, or improper use.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Wear and Tear: Bearings, chain rings, sprockets, tires, and other parts subject to regular wear.
- Incorrect Assembly: Issues caused by improper assembly or use of incompatible products.
- Improper Maintenance: Tampering, misuse, insufficient maintenance, or neglect.
- Damage Due to Accidents: Damage resulting from accidents, vandalism, or theft.
- Chemical and Environmental Damage: Damage from chemicals, improper storage, or parking.
